This style of tour can be utilised as a highly personalised exclusive educational tour similar to our Oz Eco Camp Adventures or a tourwhere you simply allow us to take care of all logistics and on country talks.
We survey all of these tours so there are no limitations on where you might want us to take you.
Where we empower you with the following basic skillsets:
- Camping how to setup a camp in any weather, fire setup, tarpaulin skills and practical tips, hacks and suggestions.
- First Aid We teach you first aid skills to manage emergency situations that may arise in the wilderness of Australia during your adventures.
- 4x4 offroad driving we demonstrate techniques in basic off-road techniques and skillsets to help you broaden your range when touring Australia.
- Equipment/Gear start your visit to Australia or your camping life with us by pre-purchasing camping and/or hiking gearor buy it on tour. We will provide a custom solution for you based upon your needs and budget. Try your gear then buy it! Get first handexpert instruction on all equipment and if you love it, buy it. We will provide access to a marketplace for you to sell your equipmentback second hand when you have finished your visit to Australia or take it home to continue your adventures.
- Cooking we can provide the most practical cooking equipment for your adventures and throughout the tour we will provide demonstrations and recipes to teach you how to cook confidently over fire and coals.
- Environment we are extraordinarily passionate about nature and looking after our environment. We provide instruction on how to camp and travel in the most sustainable manner possible showing you how to have a minimal footprint in our unique Australian environment.
- Culture Experience the Aboriginal culture that perfected the art of sustainable living along the NSW coastline as we deep dive into coastline management. Our indigenous culture in Australia is steeped in ancient mystery and spiritual belief systems and we celebrate this on tour. Unlocking the dark history of this country we provide you with experiences to broaden your understanding of this worlds ancient culture.

What we provide and what is needed
Sleeping systems
We provide The best quality rated sleeping bags, stretchers, internal liners, wet weather tarpaulins and insect nets tailored for the conditions of each individual tour.
What you need
- Pillow (by request is possible).
- Sleeping clothes to suit our recommendations based upon forecasted conditions and your sleeping temperament in cool to cold conditions.
Food
We provide Everything. All dietaries catered for, all produce is organic, and we may even open some cheeky local wines on our final night.
What you need If you have some snacks, you can't possibly live without, we have fridge/freezers to look after these. Just advise prior to departure and we will save some room for you.
Hiking, Cooking and Outdoor Gear:
We provide Directions, guidance, technical advice, safety., soap and sunscreen specifically for fragile environments (please use ours) and tech gear recommendations and demonstrations if required. We will supply a high-quality insulated water bottle for you as part of our package and a high quality double walled titanium coffee/tea mug. We love our gear, but we also absolutely love the environment and the eco systems we play in so please ask us about what we are wearing and using on and off trail as these conversations lead to positive change. Also please ask pre-tour as well if there are items you need to purchase, and we will steer you in the right direction before you arrive.
What you need Bring any of your own special requirements and we will accommodate accordingly.
Clothing:
What you need We recommend hiking socks, gaiters, hiking shoes/boots, rain jacket, sun protection, long trousers/hiking tights and swimmers. Depending on weather forecasts as supplied by us you may need a winter clothing setup as well. We do provide a complimentary baseball style cap as part of the package, but you may want to bring a backup option or wider brimmed hat if you are prone to negative effects from sun exposure.
If you are new to either camping or to the country, all of the gear you use is also available for sale as second-hand items at discounted rates. The idea behind this is to empower you immediately to further your journey into nature on your own with your new knowledge and skillsets with the right equipment that you are now accustomed to. If you are just in Australia for a short time, we are looking at ways for you to sell back your items to incoming clients and/or travellers using our website as an intermediary for safe transaction purposes. We are also looking at gifting to those in need of temporary bedding i.e rough sleepers, safe houses, overcrowded Aboriginal communities where we will show you via personal video link exactly where your equipment has gone and how valuable it is to those in need.
